We operate by appointment only and yours is reserved exclusively for you. Appointments range from 30 minutes to 2 hours of valuable time. It is essential that you keep your scheduled appointment. If you absolutely must change or cancel, we require 24 hours notice to fairly allow us time to fill your appointment with another patient. We charge a cancellation fee for each violation of this important 24-hour policy. To help remind you of your confirmed appointment we will:
1) Give you a card with the appointment time and date, when you make your appointment;
2) Send a reminder postcard about 10 days before your cleaning and exam appointment;.
3) Email a reminder 4 days before all appointments. (You may click the "Confirm" link to notify us you got your reminder);
4) Phone to remind you 1-2 days before your appointment if we haven't received your Email confirmation.
