For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We deliver the finest dental care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
Should you have dental insurance, we will electronically file your insurance and must collect your "estimated" portion when services are rendered. We will bill you any remaining balance after we receive your insurance payment. We appreciate your very prompt remittance of this balance. Most insurance companies respond within two to four weeks. If your insurance does not pay within 60 days, it is your responsibility to pay at that time. Should you have secondary dental insurance, it will be your responsibility to file your claim with them directly. We will supply you with any information you need to aid in this process.
If you need another payment option, we accept CareCredit. Carecredit is a company that will supply you with a "medical credit card", with approved credit. CareCredit offers 6, 12, and 18-month plans at 0% interest, as well as extended plans with interest. You can apply online, by telephone, or with our assistance. It's fast and easy. You can even click the "CareCredit" icon below to get started. If approved, this is immediate and there is absolutely no wait time to book your treatment.
